School Council Meeting

In our latest school council meeting, we had the exciting opportunity to introduce our new school councillors. It's always refreshing to see new faces eager to contribute to our school community. They  shared their goals and ideas, and were looking forward to seeing how they will bring their unique perspectives to our initiatives.

A significant topic of discussion was our plans for Black History Month. The councillors gathered input from fellow students about what they would like to see on the menu during this celebration. Many expressed a desire for traditional dishes that reflect the rich cultural heritage and history of Black communities.

Some popular suggestions included jerk chicken and rice.

The meal not only offer a taste of different cultures but also provide an opportunity for everyone to learn more about the contributions of individuals to our society.
