Year 2 Oak - Literacy

This week we enriched our Literacy learning and linked our learning to DT by making Peg dolls. We were so engrossed in our book called 'Major Glad and Major Dizzy' and were very upset when Amelia and William the characters in our story lost their toy soldiers. Our task this week was to create these characters a new toy by making peg dolls, next week we are going to create a set of instructions on how we made them. We look forward to showing you these so we can have a go at making them at home.
