Today, to celebrate Diwali, Year 6 Poplar were invited to a dhol drumming session with Anil. In the session, the children learnt how to play the dhol drum in pairs and were taught about other instruments used for Bhangra music. The children picked their favourite instrument and really enjoyed listening to Anil play traditional tunes.
